ZPD House™, Zonal Pressure Diagnostics Simulator

Four years in development, the ZPD House™ is a pressure diagnostic training tool for the weatherization and home contractor industry. This model is highly intuitive for both instructor and student and readily demonstrates the fundamentals of pressure diagnostics. The ZPD House™ is an effective education tool that ensures a solid grasp of simple to complex pressure diagnostics.

This model includes a furnace with heat ducts and registers, various exhaust fans, two chimneys, dual digital manometers and numerous pressure ports. All add up to allow a large variety of configurations and demonstration of typical diagnostic scenarios.

The ZPD House™ makes teaching pressure diagnostics much easier than in the past. It has 20 bypass gates, 14 zone dampers, 9 doors, an attic hatch, two chimneys, and 5 windows. There are 4 air handlers in addition to the blower door. The two chimneys use electronic Air Flow Indicators (AFI), no liquids or chemicals. We also include a DG-700 and a DG-500. The 2-1/2D relief format provides both realism and easy comprehension.
