| This 1/48th scale house is used to teach energy auditors and contractors how to measure up a house accurately to help determine it's energy signature. Accurate measurement of walls, attics, windows and doors contributes to an accurate calculation of a home's energy usage both before and after weatherization. Used as part of New York State's BPI certification program. |
